About Gnosis Pay
Gnosis Pay provides the API and card-program infrastructure that enables wallets, fintechs, and businesses to issue stablecoin-powered payment cards and create custom payment flows. Partners can easily connect on-chain wallets to real-world spending.
With our technology, users can spend stablecoins directly from their on-chain wallet using a Visa debit card. Transactions are executed through a secure smart-wallet rather than a traditional bank account, allowing users to retain full custody of their assets while paying anywhere Visa is accepted.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager with deep, traditional fintech experience to lead our expansion into the mainstream financial ecosystem. This role bridges Gnosis Pay's cutting-edge payment infrastructure with top-tier fintechs, neobanks, remittance providers, and platforms.
The ideal candidate brings an established, active network of payment decision-makers across digital banking, payroll, trading, and e-money institutions. While our core infrastructure leverages Web3, we strongly prefer a candidate from a traditional payments background (e.g., card issuers, processors, networks) who can translate complex infrastructure capabilities into compelling commercial partnerships for traditional fintech players.
Key Responsibilities
Fintech Partnership Strategy: Own and execute Gnosis Pay’s business development roadmap targeting traditional fintechs, neobanks, remittance providers, payout platforms, and trading/investment apps.
Deal Execution & Enterprise Pipeline: Leverage your network of payment decision-makers to initiate, negotiate, and close enterprise-level infrastructure and card issuing partnerships.
Target Account Coverage: Lead high-value partnership discussions with companies similar to Wise, Revolut, Nubank, Remitly, Robinhood, and prominent E-Money Institutions (EMIs).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our technical and product teams to map Gnosis Pay’s API and smart contract payment rails to the specific integration needs of enterprise fintech partners.
Field Representation: Travel regularly to key industry conferences and meet face-to-face with prospective partners and key ecosystem stakeholders worldwide.
